Life Lessons and Words Of Wisdom

The following is a list of random life lessons that I have learned throughout my very short life on this floating dust particle that we call Earth. These are just my own personal thoughts and opinions, nothing more.

I will update this list periodically as I recall them or think of them, placing the newer thoughts at the top of the list, and in no particular order. So do check back often, well maybe not frequently often, but every once in a while. Enjoy!

Date Added Lesson Learned
06/26/2024Never pay bills directly from nor give anyone direct access to your actual savings account. If possible always use a credit card to pay bills, and then use your checking or savings to pay off the credit card.
06/26/2024It is very important to diversify your savings by not keeping all of your savings in one place, not even in one bank. Open up two or more savings accounts in separate banks (and in actual banks and not credit unions), and then spread your money out between them. This way if someone gains access to one of your savings account and drains it then you will at least still have some money in the other savings accounts.
06/23/2024Life is the harshest teacher of all, because in life the test is given first and then the lesson comes afterwards.
06/23/2024It is immature, pointless and a waste of time to criticize someone for something that they cannot change and/or have no control over.
06/23/2024Every choice, action and reaction that someone ever makes can ultimately be categorized into one of two categories: for Survival and/or for Entertainment.
06/23/2024The basic design of the natural universe (from micro to macro) is based on fractals.
06/23/2024Most people are born with photographic and sensual graphic memory, our brains record everything, however our conscious ability to accurately recall those memories is inherently flawed.
06/23/2024Everyone is beautiful in their own way, even you.
06/23/2024Everyone has flaws, even you.
06/23/2024Flaws can (but do not always) provide uniqueness and characteristics.
06/23/2024One learns to embrace and see beauty in someone simply by accepting and/or ignoring flaws.
06/23/2024The older you get the faster time seems to pass by, so enjoy your life now while you still have time.
06/23/2024Even if you were able to live to be 120 years old, life is still way too short. So go ahead and relax and let yourself enjoy the pleasures of life now.
06/23/2024Locks are just meant to help keep honest people honest.
06/23/2024Every victim is the hero of their own story.
06/23/2024Everyone is a victim of something.
06/23/2024You probably already know more than your parents know, at no fault of their own, but your parents have probably experienced more things than you and therefore believe themselves to be wiser about more things.
06/23/2024What you learn to be correct today may change and become incorrect tomorrow.
06/23/2024Nobody knows everything about everything, and what they believe they do know is not always correct.
06/23/2024The only fact in life is that there are no such things as facts, only supported repeatable theories.
06/23/2024Learning, knowing and understanding about something is very different than experiencing something first hand.
06/23/2024The only way to truly become wiser about something is by experiencing that something for yourself.

Thank you for reading, I hope you enjoyed!
